The New Day Comments On WWE Fastlane Kickoff Show Match

It was recently announced that New Day Members Xavier Woods & Big E will be facing Rusev & Shinsuke Nakamura on tonight’s WWE Fastlane Kickoff Show. This is a match that was randomly made after WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon pulled Xavier Woods & Big E’s New Day Partner Kofi Kingston out of The WWE Title Match against WWE Champion “The New” Daniel Bryan.
Big E would then take to Twitter and respond with the following comments: “We’ll see about that. About to hold hands at ringside & hum ‘We Shall Not Be Moved’ until Kof gets that title shot.”
As previously reported, Xavier Woods apparently found out about the match on Twitter just like everyone else did. Xavier wrote, “Glad I opened Twitter today or else I wouldn’t have known that we have a match this Sunday.”

He then wondered what was the point of the match and he even though that the match could possibly be a number one contenders match for the tag titles. Xavier then wrote, “Also, I assume this is match will be to crown the #1 contenders to the tag titles? Can someone here on the internet let me know what’s on the line please, Kthxbye.”
