DDP Reveals Which NXT Superstar Is The Next Shawn Michaels

WWE Hall Of Famer Diamond Dallas Page recently appeared as a guest on TSN’s 1050 Toronto radio show to promote his DDP Yoga app and upcoming book.

During the interview, DDP spoke about being at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida recently while former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez was there for the week.

Additionally, Page offered high praise to one NXT Superstar in particular, comparing him to perhaps the greatest of all-time, fellow WWE Hall Of Famer “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels.

“You look at a guy like Adam Cole, you know, they’re comparing him to Shawn Michaels,” said Page. “That’s who he could be down the line.”

DDP continued, “To say he’s Shawn Michaels right now would be to say some of these young kids in the NBA have to ability to be Michael Jordan, you know. But he really does have the ability, the work ethic, the knowledge. He’s gonna be just a huge superstar up in the WWE, and he’s getting to work with Shawn Michaels down there as well.”
