Royal Rumble Winner Edge Headed to Melbourne for Meet and Greet at FCW Wrestling
Melbourne, Fl – February 2, 2010
Florida Championship Wrestling makes its Melbourne debut Friday February 12, 2010 when the ‘Broken Hearts Tour’ hits the Melbourne Auditorium.
The highlight of the show will be a rare meet and greet autograph session with WWE Superstar EDGE from 5:30 – 8:30 pm. The Rated-R Superstar from Smackdown is coming off his impressive win at the Royal Rumble this past Sunday on PPV and is headed to Wrestlemania XXVI for a Heavyweight Title Match.
“As president of FCW Wrestling it is an honor to have Edge, the winner of the Royal Rumble at our live event in Melbourne, Fl,” says Steve Keirn. “Also knowing that he is going to be the main event in Wrestlemania XXVI makes it that much more special. This is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity for Wrestling fans in Melbourne to get up close to one of the biggest Superstars in WWE history,” added Keirn.
The action packed wrestling card will feature a Florida Heavyweight Title Match, a Florida Tag Team Title match, the FCW Divas in action and much more. Scheduled to appear are Superstars from FCW, RAW, Smackdown and ECW.
Doors open at 5:30pm with bell time at 7:30pm. Tickets in advance, are $10 for Kids and $20 for Adults. A limited number of Gold Circle Ringside tickets are available for $30 and include, reserved ringside seat in rows 1-3, VIP reception with WWE Superstar EDGE and a free personalized picture. The VIP reception in the Gold Room runs from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. TELEVISION: Florida Championship Wrestling airs every Sunday on Brighthouse channel 47 from 6-7 p.m.
