– Ring of Honor Champion Nigel McGuinness is said to be close to 100% and will be returning to the ring later this month at the ROH PPV taping at the Manhattan Center which will take place on December 29th.

– Speaking of the ROH PPV taping at the Manhattan Center which will be available on PPV in March 2008, here is the updated card:

*ROH Champion Nigel McGuinness vs. Austin Aries
*ROH Tag Team champions Jay & Mark Briscoe defend vs. Roderick Strong & Rocky Romero in a Best of Three Falls Bout
*Bryan Danielson vs. Takeshi Morishima
*Claudio Castagnoli vs. Chris Hero with Castagnoli being forced to leave ROH if he loses
*A Tag Team Scramble featuring Jack Evans & Ruckus vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico vs. Jimmy Jacobs & Tyler Black vs. 2 members of the Hangmen 3

– Despite rumors indicating otherwise, Ring of Honor is not in negotiations with the VS Network for a cable television deal. When ROH’s Gabe Sapolsky was reached for comment he said, “There’s nothing to it.”

– ROH has moved their January 11th show in Boston, MA to the Case Gym on the campus of Boston University.

– ROH’s Final Battle 2007 show on December 30th will feature the following matches:

*ROH champion Nigel McGuinness vs. Chris Hero vs. Bryan Danielson vs. TBA (if Aries wins the title, he will defend)
*ROH Tag Team champions Jay & Mark Briscoe (with Daizee Haze) vs. Jimmy Jacobs & Tyler Black (with Lacey)
*FIP champion Roderick Strong vs. Erick Stevens
*Claudio Castagnoli vs. Larry Sweeney
*Jack Evans vs. Necro Butcher

– ROH’s show on January 25th in Dayton, Ohio will be headlined by ROH Champion Nigel McGuinness vs. Chris Hero and ROH Tag Team Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Jack Evans & Ruckus.
