Melina Posts Detailed Message About Not Being Included In WWE Evolution

Former WWE Superstar, Melina has posted a detailed message regarding not being involved in either WWE Evolution or the women’s Royal Rumble.
WWE Evolution featured various former talents such as Kelly Kelly, Trish Stratus, and Ivory, but one name who wasn’t used at either the PPV or in the women’s Royal Rumble was Melina and she went into detail on her Facebook account about how that felt to her.
Melina noted that she was so happy for the women who have been able to change things, she did admit it is upsetting to see some people not included in some way. Going on to state that she thinks loyalty means nothing to WWE, which is heartbreaking.
Melina stated that she feels like her role in wrestling wasn’t worth including as far as WWE is concerned, which stings but did push the message that she was proud of the current division.

There has been speculation that Melina would be making her return to the company for WWE Evolution after she was on the fake match card that had done the rounds on social media, and Naomi had been very vocal in interviews about her being a dream opponent.
In the end, Naomi took part in the battle royal and did pay tribute to Melina by doing the spits on the ring apron, something that Melina thanked her for in the Facebook post. Melina, on the other hand, had no part in the event and wasn’t even shown in the highlight clips that showed past talents such as Chyna and Mae Young.
Naomi did respond to Melina’s detailed post, stating that she is loved and unforgettable, adding that she doesn’t know how Melina did the splits to smoothly, thanking her for inspiring her and for what she gave to wrestling.

Melina last competed for WWE in 2011 and finished her career as a two-time Divas Champion and a three-time Women’s Champion, so she certainly has the accolades and given that she does still compete on the independent scene, it is fairly surprising she hasn’t been brought back yet.
