While the country is still under shock after the killing of tigress Avni in Maharashtra, yet another big cat has been killed mercilessly, this time in Uttar Pradesh. According to police, the incident took place in Dudhwa Tiger Reserve on Sunday. It has been reported that the villagers were angry after the tigress allegedly killeda 50-year-old man in Pilibhit district.

The villagers crushed the tigress under the tractor in the Kishanpur sanctuary of the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve.

Mahavir Kaujlagi, Deputy Director, Dudhwa Tiger Reserve said the villagers killed the tigress in retaliation.

“While we were busy in rushing the injured man to thehospital, the villagers surrounded the big cat and crushed it to death under a tractor,” he told HT.Click Here: new zealand rugby team jerseys
