In addition to the three-team War Games match between The Undisputed Era, SAnitY, and The Authors of Pain & Roderick Strong, the rest of the card for NXT’s next TakeOver special took shape at last night’s TV tapings.

Drew McIntyre will defend his NXT Championship against Andrade “Cien” Almas at the show in Houston, which will officially be named “NXT TakeOver: War Games.” Almas defeated Strong at the tapings last night before later attacking McIntyre as a contract signing was about to get underway. Almas signed his name on the contract after the attack.

The final participant in the fatal four-way match for the vacant NXT Women’s Championship at TakeOver was also decided last night as Nikki Cross won a women’s battle royal to join Kairi Sane, Peyton Royce, and Ember Moon in vying for the title.

TakeOver: War Games will take place at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas on November 18th as part of Survivor Series weekend. Aside from the three main matches, Aleister Black vs. Velveteen Dream is set for the show and Kassius Ohno vs. Lars Sullivan was built up as a possibility but not yet made official.
