WWE Officially Announces Naomi, Carmella as Last EC Tag Team

On Tuesday, the WWE rounded out the field for the Elimination Chamber Women’s Tag Team Championship match by making former SmackDown Women’s Champions Naomi and Carmella as the last team among the group of six.
SmackDown will also be represented by the IIconics and Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose. Given the storyline heat between Rose and Naomi expect some fireworks from them during the match at Toyota Center in Housong on February 17. Interestingly enough, none of the SmackDown teams had to qualify since the other top members of the Blue Brand women’s division – Champion Asuka, Charlotte Flair and now suspended Becky Lynch are otherwise busy. On the RAW side, overwhelming favorites Sasha Banks & Bayley, Riott Squad’s Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan and Nia Jax & Tamina each had to win qualifying matches to enter the field.
