Matt Hardy Applies for 'Broken Matt Hardy' Trademark; Claims He Still Has TNA Tag Titles
December 4, 2020 | News | No Comments
- Last week, Matt Hardy officially applied for ownership of the “Broken Matt Hardy” trademark, filing an application with the United States Patents and Trademark Office. You can see an image of it below (click to enlarge):
- As noted before, both Hardy and TNA/Impact Wrestling are claiming that they own the rights to the trademark with Hardy’s main argument that he was the one who came up with the idea and TNA’s argument that Matt did it while under contract to them.
- Speaking of Matt, he continues to send out tweets to various wrestling personalities, and most recently, he was asked about Impact Wrestling’s tag team champions. Hardy stated that he and brother Jeff have not been beaten for the titles and that they must be “children’ s replicas” as they still are in possession of the real ones.
@MATTHARDYBRAND @ringofhonor @BustedOpenRadio isn't #LAX the Impact Champions?
