Lawyers for the 12 Catalan independence leaders charged with rebellion today denied their clients had engaged in a ‘coup d’etat’ as the controversial trial drew to a close.

The supreme court has heard testimony from more than 400 witnesses, including former Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, since the trial into the holding of an unlawful referendum in 2017 opened in February.

But the political consequences of the court action remain uncertain and Spain’s divisions are as deep as ever on how to approach the desire for independence among many Catalans.

“The best thing for everyone would be to take the question back to the realm of politics, dialogue and agreement,” said Oriol Junqueras, the former deputy president of Catalonia, in his closing remarks before the seven judges retired to consider a verdict that is not expected until after the summer.

Mr Junqueras, for whom the public prosecutor is asking for 25 years in jail on counts of rebellion and misuse of public funds, is at the centre of the latest row surrounding the trial after the Spanish government’s legal representation said it backed the Catalan politician’s request to take up his seat as an MEP.

Conservative opposition Popular Party leader Pablo Casado demanded that Spain’s socialist prime minister, Pedro Sánchez, overrule the government’s legal representative because “the majority of Spanish democrats and the majority of Spain’s parliament and the European Parliament do not want Catalonia’s xenophobic exclusivism to affect our institutions”.

If the supreme court decides to allow Mr Junqueras to take up his role as an MEP, the Spanish judiciary would then have to ask the European Parliament to lift his immunity from prosecution.

While prosecutors argued that the accused had orchestrated a violent uprising by deliberately bringing Catalan independence supporters onto the streets to obstruct Spanish security forces as they attempted to prevent the referendum from taking place, defence lawyers claimed the trial was an attack on their clients’ political ideas, which were wholly peaceful.

Last month the UN’s working committee on arbitrary detention criticised the judicial proceedings and called for three of the nine Catalan leaders currently in custody to be released immediately.

Carles Puigdemont, Catalonia’s former president who was accused of declaring independence in October 2017 before fleeing Spain, said on his Twitter account that the “farce of the trial is over [but] the shame will stay with the Spanish state”.

Joe Biden, the former US vice president, said on Wednesday he had nothing to apologise for after coming under fire for remarks about his time working civilly with segregationists serving in the Senate in the 1970s.

The Democratic frontrunner came under sharp criticism from some of his presidential rivals, with US Senator Cory Booker calling on him to apologise.

"Frankly, I’m disappointed that he hasn’t issued an immediate apology for the pain his words are dredging up for many Americans. He should," Mr Booker, who is black, said in a statement.

The criticism exposed bubbling racial and generational tensions within the Democratic field that is the most diverse in history. Mr Biden, 76, is leading in early opinion polls in the crowded Democratic contest to take on Republican President Donald Trump in the November 2020 election.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday evening, Mr Biden was asked about Mr Booker’s demand that he apologise. "Apologise for what? Cory should apologise. He knows better. Not a racist bone in my body. I’ve been involved in civil rights my whole career," Mr Biden said.

At a fundraiser in Potomac, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, Mr Biden cited civil rights leader the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. as a personal "hero" and an inspiration for his political career.

Mr Biden’s campaign said he was not endorsing the positions of the segregationists he named but using them as an example of someone with whom he disagreed.

"And I think anyone who served with Joe Biden, you know, whether it was in the Senate or whether they worked with him during his eight years as Barack Obama’s vice president, knows that this is a man who is committed to equality and civil rights in this country," Anita Dunn, a senior Biden aide, told MSNBC.

At issue are Mr Biden’s remarks at a New York fundraiser for his presidential campaign on Tuesday night.

Mr Biden said US leaders had lost the ability to work together. He pointed to two segregationists from the South who were serving in the Senate when he was first elected – Democratic Senators James Eastland of Mississippi and Herman Talmadge of Georgia.

Eastland described black people as inferior and fought against efforts to desegregate the South. When Biden joined the U.S. Senate in 1973, he and fellow Democrat Eastland served on the same committee.

"At least there was some civility. We got things done. We didn’t agree on much of anything. We got things done. We got it finished," Mr Biden said. "But today, you look at the other side and you’re the enemy. Not the opposition, the enemy. We don’t talk to each other anymore.”

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, who is also seeking the Democratic nomination, criticised Biden’s remarks.

"It’s past time for apologies or evolution from @JoeBiden," de Blasio wrote on Twitter. "He repeatedly demonstrates that he is out of step with the values of the modern Democratic Party."

De Blasio called out Biden for invoking Eastland, posting a photo of himself on Twitter with his wife, who is black, and his two multiracial children.

"It’s 2019 & @JoeBiden is longing for the good old days of ‘civility’ typified by James Eastland. Eastland thought my multiracial family should be illegal & that whites were entitled to ‘the pursuit of dead n*ggers,’" Mr de Blasio wrote on Twitter.

Mr Booker also criticised Mr Biden for his use of the word "boy" – a term that was frequently used by racists to demean black men.

While describing Eastland, Mr Biden said: "He never called me boy, he always called me son.”

Mr Booker said it was inappropriate to "joke about calling black men boys."

"Vice President Biden’s relationships with proud segregationists are not the model for how we make America a safer and more inclusive place for black people, and for everyone," Mr Booker said.

Another Democratic candidate, former congressman John Delaney, offered a more restrained criticism.

"Evoking an avowed segregationist is not the best way to make the point that we need to work together and is insensitive. We need to learn from history, but we also need to be aggressive in dismantling structural racism that exists today," Delaney said in a statement.

According to Collin Sherwin of www.813area.com, he’s confirmed earlier reports from Pro Wrestling Insider that Tampa will host WrestleMania 36 at Raymond James Stadium. Here’s an excerpt from Sherwin’s report:

The WWE’s signature annual event, which brings an enormous economic impact as pro graps fans from across the world invade cities across America each year, will be held in New York City on April 7th, 2019. An official announcement of Tampa as the following host will be at a press conference on March 7th.

It’s not just the “Showcase of The Immortals” itself that will be coming to Tampa, but plenty of other events as well. WWE’s Raw, Smackdown, and NXT brands all traditionally have shows in the host city of WrestleMania the same weekend, and independent promotion shows from the beloved to the sublime fill event facilites throughout the region all week long. It’s the de facto national convention for rasslin’ folks from across the world, and the hotels and restaurants of Tampa Bay will be stuffed to the gills.

LOS GATOS, CA — When 1988 Los Gatos High School graduate Mark Bingham boarded United Airlines Flight 93 in Newark headed for San Francisco on Sept. 11, 2001, the burly rugby player and public relations pro was bound by a greater good.

This greater good that ultimately killed him inspired his mother to carry on a life of good deeds.

The two had always been close. His mom, Alice Hoagland, said the bond was tightened after she and her husband got a divorce.

“Mark was always protective of me,” she told Patch Friday. “Mark ran like a madman on a rugby field and went running with the bulls (in Pamplona, Spain), yet he boards a commercial jet and gets killed.”

Sometimes a sense of irony and sarcastic humor is the only way for a mother who loses a child to cope — especially with such a public death as one associated with the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

“Not a day goes by that I don’t think about him. I’ll never get over losing my son,” she said, while her voiced cracked.

Hoagland said this five days before Patriot Day, which was established to honor the heroic efforts and tragic deaths of the thousands who died that fateful day of the nation’s worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. The retired United flight attendant who lives in Redwood Estates outside Los Gatos remembers Sept. 11 like it was yesterday.

In a terrorist act that rocked the United States to its core, put the “war on terror” into our vernacular and changed aviation travel, two planes careened into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in Manhattan that sunny fall morning and was quickly followed by another that crashed into the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. The last plane, believed to have been aimed for the U.S. Capitol or White House, went down in a field near Shanksville, Pa., and Bingham was on it. No one survived in the fiery crash.

The sequential events prompted airports to declare marshal law and evacuate. The Federal Aviation Administration, which ordered the grounding of all airline travel, fielded questions from press on a media hot line with filled with frantic conversations because a few dozen planes were still unaccounted for that morning. (This reporter was on the call.)

The United States would never be the same — and neither would Hoagland, who is taking the opportunity of the anniversary this week by heading to Washington, D.C., with other surviving loved ones to campaign and lobby the federal government to release all documents related to 9/11. Twenty-eight pages had already been unveiled. While all the circumstances leading up to the horrific attack are unclear, many feel foreign relations is a factor meriting further consideration.

For years, the cloaking of the documents for “national security” reasons has never been good enough for some of the victims’ loved ones. The crusade has given the former flight attendant a new line of work as a lobbyist and advocate for surviving families. Her duty to lobby the federal government superseded her earlier personal agenda to fly to New York City to take part in the “Voices of Sept. 11” ceremony and to see the National September 11 Memorial & Museum for the first time since it opened in 2011 at the World Trade Center site.

She had been to the Shanksville field many times.

“They’re thorns in my crown — my good deed,” said Hoagland, who was propelled there by her son, then 31 years old, and his good deed.

Before Bingham’s jet went down, the passengers’ sacrifice went down in history as one of the most heroic events of our time. A handful of passengers who had the time and inclination to believe and realize their flight had been hijacked to do massive damage decided to stand up and confront the hijackers armed with box cutters.

According to documented reenactments, the passengers prompted a showdown brawl with the hijackers when they used a beverage cart to try to bash open the cockpit door. That notion has always baffled Hoagland. As a former flight attendant, she told Patch: “The flight attendants should have had keys.”

A documentary, movie and countless news reports have chronicled the monumental act of heroism.

The ominous phone call at 6:44 a.m. woke up Hoagland, who was staying with relatives and took the phone from one of them. The call resembled a strange encounter even given the stress of the situation.

“He said: ‘Hello mom, this is Mark Bingham,'” she recalled as if it was a recording in her head.

After he quickly gave her the hijacking scenario, she countered with, “Mark, this is your mom,” and and went on to explain that his plane is being used as a weapon based on news reports. The entire nation was transfixed on the news that morning, overnight and in the subsequent days following the national tragedy.

Hoagland said she could tell by her phone call with her son that “something heavy” was being slammed into the door. Accounting for his 6-foot, 4 inch, 220-pound stature and his “stand up and be counted” quality, Hoagland knew her son would be involved in the revolt even without hearing it from him. The attempt to regain control of the aircraft will forever be remembered as the “Let’s roll” moment, spoken by fellow Los Gatos High School graduate Todd Beamer. The two were not traveling together.

“That was quite a coincidence,” she said.

Sept. 12 and the following days unfolded in a cross between an upheaval to a fog among most Americans.

Click Here: cheap all stars rugby jersey

Hoagland grieved and came out of the ashes like a Phoenix on a fact-finding mission.

The reaction got her closer to her son, who was before his untimely death becoming quite a jet-setter with his career and visits with friends.

“I learned a lot about my son after his death,” she said.

She spent hours listening to his friends and partner talk about how he was doing. None of the conversations carried even half the weight of one poignant chat they had when he was age 21. He came out as a gay man to his mother in a beautiful, intimate setting.

“I remember him telling me how he wished there were more gay heroes,” she said, referring to earlier depictions of gay people in the media.

It looks like this lifelong rugby player put one up on the scoreboard, as Veterans Memorial & Support Foundation Board Director Ellen Manzo pointed out.

Famous pro wrestling ring announcer Howard Finkel is said to be in very poor health at the moment. It was first reported that Finkel was not doing too well months ago by Jerry Lawler, but unfortunately, his health has gotten even worse. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Finkel’s health has been continuously declining ever since he suffered a stroke last year. The report notes that WWE has chosen not to release the details on Finkel’s current condition, and even some of his close friends reportedly are unsure of how he is doing right now. Finkel has worked for WWE since 1977 and is regarded by fans as one of the best ring announcers of all time. Hopefully, Finkel can make a speedy recovery very soon.
As reported previously, Dean Ambrose was added back to the lineups for some of WWE’s live event post-WrestleMania 35. Since Ambrose is set to leave WWE after the event this April, some fans took this as a sign that the former WWE Champion had re-signed with the company. However, that does not appear to be the case after all. On the WWE live events page, the company quietly removed Ambrose from all of the shows after WrestleMania 35 once again. Despite the hope from fans that Ambrose could stick with WWE, it looks like “The Lunatic Fringe” is still set on leaving the company for now. Ambrose is reportedly set to reunite with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins for a match at WWE’s Fastlane event next weekend.
This week has gone from bad to worse for former WWE performer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch. Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Sytch had been arrested once again and was being held in the Monmouth County Correctional facility in New Jersey. Over the past few hours, there have been some reports online claiming that Sytch was released from jail, however, those reports now appear to have been debunked. According to PWInsider, Sytch is still in jail right as of right now. Sytch was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011, but she has had some public legal issues over the past couple of years. Be sure to stay tuned here for additional updates on Tammy Sytch and her current jail sentencing.

Since it’s early previews and into the days of it’s wide release, The Paige Biopic Fighting With My Family has received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike. In a recent review of the film by standard.co.uk, one critic seems to genuinely enjoy the film, giving it 4/5 stars overall, however, they also felt compelled to add the note that the star of the film, Florence Pugh, has “chunky thighs”.
You can read the excerpt from the article below:
“Though Lowden’s performance is gorgeous, Pugh is the film’s main weapon. Hauntingly intense in The Falling and Lady Macbeth, the 23-year-old turns out to be an effortlessly nuanced comedian. With chunky thighs. Her character is based on real-world WWE champion Paige, whose legs are significantly slimmer. How cool! So many actresses offer an idealised version of real women. Pugh is changing the ideal.”
Pugh actually caught wind of the author’s comment about her body, and she took to Twitter to address the statement directly. Pugh wrote, “Oh dear. Singling out my “chunky” thighs doesn’t help normalizing an ‘all shape&size’ Hollywood. In fact that’s part of the problem. I do hope people take more away from the film than the circumference of my hams. [email protected]?”

Paige would also respond to the comment, writing, “Wow I’m actually appalled this.”
Fighting With My Family from WWE Studios & The Rock’s Seven Bucks Productions earned $8,028,134 during its first week of being released in theaters nationwide, according to Box Office Mojo. The movie ranked #4 for it’s first weekend behind How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, Battle Angel: Alita & The LEGO Movie 2.
You can check out Paige & Pugh’s full tweets below:

WWE NXT Results – March 6th, 2019

July 5, 2020 | News | No Comments

NXT this week officially kicked off the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament. The tournament will continue but with NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa set to miss months of in-ring time due to a neck injury, it should be interesting to see how his injury is addressed. Remember that it was only last week when it was confirmed that #DIY will reunite to take part in the tag tournament. That should be addressed very soon, but for now, NXT starts off with a video package featuring each team talking about why they plan on winning the the tag team tournament this year.
Ricochet & Aleister Black vs. Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner –
After teaming up together on the main roster, Ricochet and Aleister Black decided to do the same for this tournament. This is the first match in the Dusty Classic this year, so the winning team here will then move on to the next round. They faced NXT UK’s Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel.

Aichner and Black started the match off. The two European stars locked up, but Aichner got the better of Black and took him down. Barthel comes in next but gets kicked around by the former NXT Champion. Black goes for a dive off the middle turnbuckle but gets caught by a European uppercut from Barthel for a two count.
Now Aichner has returned. He and Aichner took turns tagging in and out as dishes out punches in the corner on Black. Aichner tried to wear Black down in the center of the ring as Ricochet was desperate to get the tag. Ricochet distracted Aichner temporarily, which allowed Black to sweep his leg and tag in Ricochet.
Ricocher runs wild on Aichner and Barthel with standing shooting star presses and tons of aerial moves. He goes up to the top rope, but Barthel catches him with a step-up enzuigiri. Barthel took out Black while Aichner went for the pin on Ricochet, but that want enough to get the job done. Ricochet dropkicked the Italian wrestler and went to do a dive outside of the ring, but Barthel kicked him as he bounced off the ropes. This was nearly enough to end Ricochet and Black’s chances in the tournament.
Both Europeans hit punches on Ricochet until he tried fighting off the men. Black came back in next and hit a double knee strike on Barthel. They then hit dropkicks on Black simultaneously as he was caught in the tree of woe. Black recovered, hit a double knee stomp, capbrada, some strikes, then capped it off with the Black Mass kick to move forward in the tournament.

Winner: Ricochet & Aleister Black
Moustache Mountain were shown preparing for their tournament match backstage. They had a brief stare down with NXT Tag Team Champions The War Raiders.
Highlights of last week’s match between Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic were shown. The match disappointingly ended in a double countout, but that may not be the end of this feud. Dijakovic was shown barging in the Performance Center while Keith Lee was training. It was clear that he wanted another match with a decisive winner being named this time. The rematch was announced for NXT in two weeks.

The Forgotten Sons vs. Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch –
Another first round Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic match here. Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake wrestled tonight while Ryker watched ringside. They faced the always hard-hitting team of Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch. Burch and Cutler started the match off and it did not take long for them to start laying in the chops.
Oney Lorcan comes in and tries to take down Cutler, but the latter makes the tag over to Blake. The Forgotten Sons worked together to hit Lorcan in their corner of the ring. Cutler then hit a backbreaker for a two count on Lorcan. Both men took turns dishing out all that they had on Oney Lorcan while refusing to let the man move even one inch closer to Burch. Lorcan eventually got out a sleeper hold and ducked a clothesline before dashing over to tag in Burch.
Burch reentered and took down Cutler. He quickly made the tag to Lorcan, which may have marked their downfall. Lorcan was clearly still hurt and could not help his partner our. Still, he eventually got the courage to hit a dive outside of the ring on Blake. Back in the ring, Cutler hit him for a two count and then locked him in a Boston Crab. Fortunately, Burch ran back in the ring and broke up the submission attempt. Burch was tagged back in afterwards and tried to compete all on his own. Double knees from Blake was not enough to make Burch give up the fight.
Lorcan is tagged in next, who laid out both of his opponents with several loud and brutal chops. Spike DDT from Burch. Nope! That doesn’t put away the Forgotten Sons. Lorcan tries to launch himself into Blake but the former NXT Tag Team Champion catches him and throws him into Cutler, who was sitting on top of one of the ring posts in the corner. They hit a combo DDT to win and earn one of their biggest NXT victories yet.
Winners: The Forgotten Sons
Suddenly, Then Velveteen Dream came down to the announcer’s table area and stood on top of the table for the audience to see. Dream won the North American Championship a couple weeks back, so he had a lot to celebrate. He issued a reminder that he is indeed the newest titleholder in NXT. Before he could speak anymore, out came Matt Riddle. Riddle said that he only came out to say hello and congratulate him on winning his championship. Of course, this wasn’t entirely accurate. Riddle said that he couldn’t help but wonder how Dream’s title would look around his waist. Dream snapped his fingers for the spotlight. He said that he doesn’t share the spotlight with anyone. Simple as that.
Io Shirai and Kairi Sane sat down for an interview. Shirai said that Bianca Belair is good, but she has never beaten Shayna Baszler before. Shirai does have a visual pinfall over Baszler. She promised to defeat Bianca Belair next week and then go on to win the NXT Women’s Championship from Baszler after that.
The Street Profits vs. Moustache Mountain –
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are still beloved by the Full Sail crowd, but they have made it clear that they want to start winning in NXT. They faced NXT UK’s Trent Seven and Tyler Bate. Both of these teams know how to put on both entertaining and aggressive bouts, but only one team can move on to the second round of the tournament.
Ford takes down Bate, but he takes it right back to the Street Profits member. They went back and fourth exchanging holds in the middle of the ring. Dawkins is able to get the tag and mow down Bate for a quick one count. Step-up enzuigiri from Bate before he tags in Trent Seven. Dawkins hits an uppercut on Seven before he dragged him into the Profits’ corner of the ring.
Ford is tagged in as he and Dawkins hit kicks on Seven in the corner. Ford goes back to applying holds. Seven was later able to get himself back up to his feet and tag in Bate. However, Dawkins is tagged in at the same time. Bate goes right after the bigger man with kicks and a standing shooting star press for a near fall. Seven held Dawkins as Bate ricocheted off the ropes to hit a clothesline on him, but Dawkins fought out of the hold and hit both men. Another two count there.
All four men are all over the place until Seven is taken out of the equation due to a dive from Ford. Back in the ring, Ford hits a frog splash for another two count. Bate gets Dawkins up for a German Suplex. Seven holds him up on his shoulders and Bate stomps on his opponent, which is just the move that was necessary to end The Street Profits’ chances of winning the tournament.
Winners: Moustache Mountain
#DIY vs. The Undisputed Era –
It is really happening! Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano are back together. They had tough competition ahead of them though as they faced Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly in the final match in the first round of the tournament. Of course, The Undisputed Era were the winners of last year’s tournament, so anybody could walk out of this one as the winners. Before #DIY made their way down to the ring, Ciampa had their old tag team entrance music and entrance video play.
Gargano and Fish locked up and went at it when the bell rang. Fish tried to go for Gargano’s leg, but Johnny fought out of it early on. O’Reilly is tagged in at the first sign of trouble. He and Fish worked together and tagged in and out to hurt Gargano. They tried some double team moves but Gargano made the tag to Ciamoa in the melee. Gargano dove onto Fish outside of the ring while the NXT Champion took care of O’Reilly. When Gargano came back in, Fish sweeper his legs on the apron to take him out of the matter.
O’Reilly tried to lock in a kneebar, but Gargano would not allow the maneuver to be applied. Fish came in and dishes out some blows in the corner of the ring. O’Reilly grabbed “Johnny Wrestling” and the latter began to fight back temporarily. When Fish wa tagged back in, that was quickly stopped though.
Bobby Fish put a body scissors on the former NXT North American Champion. Gargano Fire back with a chop before O’Reilly was tagged back in. Fortunately, Gargano had enough momentum to fight off both men. He struggled to make the tag Tommaso Ciampa, but Fish removed the champion from the apron. When he got back on, Johnny did end up making the tag.
Ciampa went right to O’Reilly and hit running knees in the former NXT Tag Team Champion. A Tower of London from Ciampa nearly ended the match.  A series of German Suplexes from Ciampa and a Blue Thunder Bomb scored the champion a two count. Gargano was tagged in after this. He dove off the ropes but landed right in the guillotine attempt from O’Reilly. Back on his feet, both men traded punches until simultaneous clothesline’s forced them into a stalemate.
Tommaso Ciampa is tagged back in. He and Bobby Fish went at it on the apron with each man trying to gain the advantage. They went up to the top turnbuckle as Gargano tried fighting off O’Reilly. Fish sent Ciampa down and splashed on him before O’Reilly followed suit. Running knee outside of the ring from O’Reilly on Ciampa eventually led to Ciampa tricking him into landing in the Spike DDT. Gargano hits a slingshot spear for a two count. Both men can’t believe that the match isn’t over yet. They decided to use the only maneuver left in their arsenal: The old #DIY double running knee strike. That does it! The Undisputed Era are done in this tournament and #DIY will be moving on… for now.
 Winners: #DIY
After the match, NXT Tag Team Champions Rowe and Hanson step onto the stage and hold up their titles. The War Raiders were sending a message to Ciampa and Gargano that they are not worried about them. Remember that the winners of the tournament also earn a shot at the tag team titles at NXT Takeover: New York. This tactic of intimidation still did not seem to bother #DIY though as both men wore huge smiles as they celebrated their victory over The Undisputed Era. That put an end to this week’s episode of the show.
Ciampa and Gargano may be reunited and moving onto the second round, but it is clear now that they won’t be winning the tournament. Most of this year’s tournament was taped weeks ago, which is why Ciampa competed here despite being injured right now. #DIY could lose the second round or they will have to vacate their spot in the tournament. Other that that, the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament is already over. #DIY, Moustache Mountain, The Forgotten Sons, and the team of Aleister Black & Ricochet are still involved. The semi-finals will begin on NXT week’s show. See you NXT time!

It was recently announced that New Day Members Xavier Woods & Big E will be facing Rusev & Shinsuke Nakamura on tonight’s WWE Fastlane Kickoff Show. This is a match that was randomly made after WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon pulled Xavier Woods & Big E’s New Day Partner Kofi Kingston out of The WWE Title Match against WWE Champion “The New” Daniel Bryan.
Big E would then take to Twitter and respond with the following comments: “We’ll see about that. About to hold hands at ringside & hum ‘We Shall Not Be Moved’ until Kof gets that title shot.”
As previously reported, Xavier Woods apparently found out about the match on Twitter just like everyone else did. Xavier wrote, “Glad I opened Twitter today or else I wouldn’t have known that we have a match this Sunday.”

He then wondered what was the point of the match and he even though that the match could possibly be a number one contenders match for the tag titles. Xavier then wrote, “Also, I assume this is match will be to crown the #1 contenders to the tag titles? Can someone here on the internet let me know what’s on the line please, Kthxbye.”
