Ce lundi 23 novembre, 140 heures de travaux d’intérêt général, avec exécution dans un délai de 18 mois et trois mois de prison en cas de non exécution, ont été requis contre un homme qui avait été interpellé suite à la cérémonie pour avoir scandé “sale violeur” lors du discours du ministre de l’Intérieur. “Dire à une personne qu’elle est un violeur est un outrage. Il y a une certaine agressivité dans les termes employés“, a déclaré la substitut du procureur Aurélie Viguier, selon des propos rapportés par Le Parisien. A la barre, le prévenu, qui connaîtra son sort le 14 décembre, a peiné à justifier ses propos, expliquant néanmoins : “C’est vrai que j’ai crié. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi mais c’est sorti comme ça, je n’avais rien prévu à l’avance. Même si je sais que je n’ai pas utilisé les bons mots, je ne regrette pas d’avoir pris la parole car c’est une des seules façons de se faire entendre actuellement“.
