Rey Mysterio, who has made two appearances for WWE this year at both of the company’s big Royal Rumble events, recently spoke with Harry Ruiz as seen in the video below.
During the interview, which is conducted in Spanish, Mysterio claimed the only thing missing from WWE’s current crop of Latino stars, which includes, Sin Cara, Kalisto and Andrade Almas, is the master of the 619 himself. Mysterio went on to tease the possible formation of the Latino World Order, version 2.0, if he were ever to return to WWE:
– @reymysterio told me the only thing missing with the latino talent in #WWE right now (@SinCaraWWE, @KalistoWWE, @AndradeCienWWE) is him, so that way they could form a stable. LWO 2.0 coming up? Do it @VinceMcMahon! #LuchaLibre pic.twitter.com/TEOSzvkmT4
Following a loss to Jon Moxley in the main event of Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite, AEW announced Thursday that Minoru Suzuki will appear on next week’s Dynamite alongside former Suzuki-gun stablemate Lance Archer to issue “a new challenge” to Moxley.
The tweet stated that Suzuki and Archer were both “furious about preferential hometown treatment” that Moxley received Wednesday as the former AEW World Champion headlined in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Archer and Suzuki have history together from the time they spent together in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Archer was a founding member of the popular Suzuki-gun faction when they debuted in 2011. Archer won the G1 Tag League with Suzuki in 2011 and was a member of the group until February 2020 when he departed the company.Â
NJPW recently announced that Archer and Suzuki would reunite at night two of the New Japan Strong Autumn Attack TV tapings in Dallas, Texas — the first time they have done so since November 2019.
One of WWE’s newest recruits to the WWE Performance Center, Trevor “Ricochet” Mann has been one of the more highly anticipated men to finally join the ranks of WWE, and he’s excited about the opportunity. He notes that it was something that he never thought would happen due to his size and stature. But now that he actually is here, he looks forward to growing as an all around performer.

As noted, former Impact Wrestling Champion Bobby Lashley finished up with Impact at the last set of TV tapings, and his future in pro wrestling has yet to be announced.
There was speculation that Lashley might be making his return to WWE, possibly at the Royal Rumble this Sunday, but that appears to be impossible as Lashley is under contract with Impact until February 1st, confirms PWInsider.com. Unless Lashley receives special permission from Impact to appear in the Rumble, it’s not likely he will return to WWE this weekend.
As for his future, PWInsider reports Lashley is looking to get more MMA fights scheduled.
