— Here is the official wwe.com preview for the Fastlane go-home edition of Raw:

Animalistic aggression

After seemingly trying to goad Triple H into a physical confrontation on SmackDown 1000 last year, Batista provoked The Game once more this past Monday night by crashing Ric Flair’s 70th birthday, attacking “The Nature Boy” in his locker room and dragging Flair — Triple H’s mentor — out into the arena hallway.

The Cerebral Assassin rushed backstage to confront The Animal, but Batista had already left the scene. The Game isn’t known for letting transgressions slide, so how will he deal with the actions of his former friend on Raw?

What is the status of the Raw Women’s Championship?

In addition to addressing the horrific actions of Batista, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have another situation escalating in the Raw Women’s division. After Becky Lynch was arrested for violating her suspension this past Monday night, Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey urged Stephanie to allow The Man to challenge for the title at WrestleMania. The Chief Brand Officer then reiterated that Lynch would not be competing at The Show of Shows, and that The Baddest Woman on the Planet would defend her title against SmackDown LIVE’s Charlotte Flair as scheduled.

Given the McMahon family’s refusal to budge on the Lynch situation, Rousey laid the title down in front of Stephanie and left it there, leaving many to wonder if The Rowdy One would carry the championship to WrestleMania at all.

Meanwhile, Charlotte announced on SmackDown LIVE this week that she would come to Raw to be crowned Raw Women’s Champion by Mr. McMahon. Will The Queen claim the throne on Team Red?

Is a Shield reunion on the horizon?

After revealing to the WWE Universe that his leukemia is in remission, Roman Reigns joined Seth Rollins in helping Dean Ambrose repel a 4-on-1 beatdown at the hands of Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, Elias and Baron Corbin. The act of salvation confused The Lunatic Fringe just as much as it did the WWE Universe given Ambrose’s betrayal of The Shield last October — the same night The Big Dog disclosed that his leukemia had returned.

Were Reigns and Rollins hinting that they’re ready to forgive Ambrose, or were The Hounds of Justice simply living up to their name given the unfair circumstances?

Intercontinental and Extraordinary

After Lio Rush inadvertently challenged Finn Bálor to an Intercontinental Championship Match and lost this past Monday night, Bobby Lashley was furious with his hype man for getting the title opportunity that he was supposed to arrange for “The All Mighty One.” The Man of the Hour affirmed to Lashley that he could still be trusted. Will Rush get Lashley another opportunity, or will another Superstar step to the Intercontinental Irishman?

SNL “Weekend Update” hosts Michael Che & Colin Jost to be special guests on Raw

For Monday Night Raw, they’re Michael Che & Colin Jost!

Yes, the popular duo of SNL’s “Weekend Update” will be special guests on tomorrow’s Raw from Philadelphia. With neither Che or Jost afraid to tell it like it is, what will the two popular personalities have in store for the longest running episodic program in television history?

Those suffering from a combination of WrestleMania fever and boredom, WWE has you covered.

With only two weeks remaining before WWE’s biggest annual event — WrestleMania 35 — the company has decided to offer over an hour of free WrestleMania-related programming for free on their official YouTube channel on Sunday morning.

In addition to the many free full matches from past WrestleMania pay-per-views and other digital content, the company has released two full episodes of their original series, “WWE Playlist,” both of which feature a WrestleMania-related theme.

First up, WWE takes a look at some of the greatest WrestleMania ring entrances of all-time. “WWE Playlist: Epic WrestleMania entrances” features a look at several cool ring walks from past WrestleMania pay-per-views.

The official description for “WWE Playlist: Epic WrestleMania Entrances,” which you can watch in full directly below, reads: “Part of competing on The Grandest Stage of Them All is knowing how to make a memorable entrance. Watch some of the greatest WrestleMania entrances of all time.”

In addition to epic entrances from WWE’s “Grandest Stage of Them All,” a second offering of “WWE Playlist” features a look at one of the greatest records in World Wrestling Entertainment history — The Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania.

“The Dead Man” went 21-0 in his first 21 appearances at WrestleMania, before his legendary undefeated streak was “conquered” by Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX in 2014.

In the second episode dubbed, “WWE Playlist: The Undertaker’s Legendary WrestleMania Undefeated Streak,” WWE looks back at “The Phenom’s” iconic run that began at WrestleMania VII and lasted through WrestleMania 29.

The official description for “WWE Playlist: The Undertaker’s Legendary WrestleMania Undefeated Streak,” which you can watch in its’ entirety below, reads: “Relive the iconic moments where The Phenom claimed the souls of Superstars including Ric Flair, Triple H and Shawn Michaels, amassing a record 21-0 WrestleMania Undefeated Streak.”

WrestleMania 35 goes down from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Sunday, April 7th. The show will air live via pay-per-view and will be streamed live on the WWE Network.

Former intercontinental and tag champion Luke Harper issued a statement on Twitter today commenting on his position with the company, and his upcoming appearance wrestling Donovan Dijakovic on Wrestlemania Axxess. Harper recalls the long journey he’s had in the WWE, listing off several accolades, and claiming that the company left him sitting for months assuming he was still injured when he was not. Check it out below.

“I’m 39 years old.
I’ve been cleared since February 6th. I haven’t been brought to one television taping since I left to have double ligament reconstruction surgery on October 2nd, 2018.6 years ago, I wrestled multiple matches at Axxess as part of FCW and was involved in Undertakers entrance. 5 years ago, I had a front row seat to watch Bray Wyatt wrestle John Cena. 4 years ago, I competed for the Intercontinental Championship in my first Wrestlemania singles match. 3 years ago, I wrestled Brock Lesnar in Toronto on a network special. 2 years ago, I came within inches of competing for the WWE Championship in the very math AJ Styles won his first and within inches of being part of the WWE championship match at Wrestlemania with Bray and Randy. 1 year ago, I won the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships with Rowan while my wife and 2 sons watched from the front row.

Next Thursday I will be wrestling Donovan Dijak at Axxess.

Full circle.

I read all the texts I got that said, “you’re back on axxess???” I was kind to all the people at the gym asking if I’m retired. I swallowed my pride when agents and writers asked me if I was still hurt when completely healthy. And now here we are. April 4th, 2019 “When Worlds Collide” at Axxess. Luke Harper vs. Donovan Dijak. How will I respond? How will I change things? Well to all of you this may just be a throwaway Axxess match, but I can assure you to me it is much, much more. This is test. No one has to be happy with the results except me. That’s the true test. Do I still have it? Can I compete with a young, up and coming, incredibly talented, nxt prospect? Am I too old? Has the game passed me by? Am I as good as I really think I am? It brings me near tears to write this because I truly believe I have so f–king much to offer this industry. I believe I will be a World Heavyweight Champion someday. I believe that, but these are the doubts I live with daily. These are the doubts that creep in your head during rehab. These are the thoughts you think when you watch your left side atrophy. Being ignored and left home for months exasperated these thoughts and it sucked.

I have so much to prove to myself, to WWE, to the industry of professional wrestling, to my wife and it is my responsibility to show my kids how to handle adversity. Next Thursday is the answer. Are the doubts real or is this the first step of the climb?

I promise you I will come prepared and you will get my very best that night Mr. Dijak. Just know, be careful thinking of this as just an axxess match because to me, this is Wrestlemania. I’m not throwing away my shot.

Good luck.”

Sasha Banks continues to make changes … including to her own physical appearance.

“The Boss” turned up along with her former WWE Tag-Team Champion “Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection” partner Bayley at a Comedy Festival over the weekend sporting somewhat of a new look.

Banks showed up with her hair dyed a new color. “The Boss'” trademark purple hair is now much darker.

As noted in the past, WWE has very strict policies regarding female Superstars changing their hair color without permission. Whether or not “The Boss” was given the green light to make the change or did so on her own remains to be seen.

Check out several photos of Sasha Banks’ new look with her dyed hair by clicking here.

A diverse coalition of groups represented by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has filed suit against the NSA on Tuesday for its bulk, unconstitutional collection of Americans’ phone records.

Click Here: maori all blacks rugby jersey

Among the 19 organizations making up the broad coalition represented in the case, First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles v. NSA, are Unitarian church groups, gun rights groups, Greenpeace, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, People for the American Way (PFAW) and TechFreedom.

Craig Aaron, President and CEO of Free Press, another organization behind the lawsuit, sees the diversity in the groups represented as “further evidence of the far-reaching impact of the government’s spying program.”

“The NSA’s unchecked collection of Americans’ telephone records, including the telephone records of organizations like PFAW, is a blatantly unconstitutional attack on our civil liberties,” PFAW President Michael Keegan said in a statement.

The complaint asserts that the plaintiffs’ First, Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights have been violated.

EFF explains that

“Who we call, how often we call them, and how long we speak shows the government what groups we belong to or associate with, which political issues concern us, and our religious affiliation,” stated EFF Legal Director Cindy Cohn.  “Exposing this information – especially in a massive, untargeted way over a long period of time – violates the Constitution and the basic First Amendment tests that have been in place for over 50 years.”

Rev. Rick Hoyt of the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles remembers well the “McCarthy hysteria” era when the groups and associations a person belonged to were under scrutiny, something his church resisted fiercely and instead supported blacklisted writers and actors.

SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT

His church also gave sanctuary in the 1980s to those fleeing civil wars in Central America.

“The principles of our faith often require our church to take bold stands on controversial issues,” said Hoyt, but “church members and our neighbors who come to us for help should not fear that their participation in the church might have consequences for themselves or their families” because the NSA is surveilling their phone data.

As Ars Technica notes, the complaint “has two exhibits attached: one is the FISA court order leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden and published in newspapers around the world. The other is the NSA memo that published after those leaks, acknowledging the existence of the surveillance programs.”

“The sweeping collection of Americans’ telephone records is a profoundly problematic infringement on fundamental constitutional rights,” added Keegan.

Even if the lawsuit gets blocked, TechFreedom President Berin Szoka thinks some good will come of it, stating that “it will help to force a discussion in Washington about reforming the laws authorizing surveillance — and covering up these constitutional violations from the American people.”

EFF is suing the NSA in another lawsuit filed in 2008, Jewel v. NSA, on behalf of AT&T customers.
